Mishinatics provides software development services including custom software development, mobile app development, web application development, AI solutions, cloud services, and technology consulting.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information shared during the course of engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mishinatics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and provide a warranty period as specified in the project agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the governing contract.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website.
